Loin Looms are in general categorised in the whole set of existing loom types on the world. But the huge group of Austronesian and Austro-asiatic loin looms (backstrap looms) can be grouped on its own in basic construction groups: foot looms, stake looms, stilt looms and station looms, what may differ our reception.
